Ingredients

    1 # ground turkey
    2 oz. uncooked rice
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1 T. dried parsley
    1 t. salt
    1/8 t. mahoram leaves and thyme leaves
    dash pepper

    Sauce:
    1 C. tomato sauce
    1/2 C. canned chicken broth
    1/8 t. minced garlic

Directions

Prepare meatballs: Preheat oven to 350. combine all ingredients for "porcupines"; shape into 8 equal balls. Spray a 1-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray and arrange turkey balls in casserole.

Prepare sauce and bake: In small bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients for sauce; pur over "porcupines". cover casserold and bake for 1 hour, turning "porcupines" once during baking.
