    .5 c Cocoa powder
    1 c sugar
    1 c water
    1 t vanilla extract
    1 dash salt

Directions

combine dry ingredients in a saucepan, add water and bring to a rapid boil. Boil 3 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add vanilla.
