8oz turkey italian sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cup spaghetti sauce
7 oz Fat Free Mozzarella cheese, shredded
CRUST:
1 cup skim Milk
2 Eggs
1 tsp. olive Oil
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Reduced Fat Grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400. Coat a 9x13" pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Brown turkey sausage and onion until meat is done. Add sauce and heat through.
Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with cheese.
Mix milk, eggs, oil, and flour till smooth. Add cheese. Pour over top.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden.
Cut into 6 equal pieces.
