Ingredients

    8 Hard Boiled Eggs (large)
    4 tbsp light Miracle Whip
    1/2 tsp Splenda

Directions

Boil eggs for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Peel, then cut in half length-wise. Take out yolk, put in small bowl. Set aside boiled egg whites.
Add 4 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light and a pinch (about 1/2 tsp) splenda or other zero-calorie sugar substitute to yolks. Mash up yolks, mixing Miracle Whip and sugar throughout.
Put yolk mixture back into eggs. Enjoy!
