Ingredients

    6 oz Whole wheat thin spaghetti
    4 Slice Canadian bacon,diced
    17 oz half cutted Grape Tomatos
    1 cup diced Green onions
    1 cup Vegetable brooth
    1/2 cup fatfree milk
    1 egdes Laughing Cow cheese light
    Pepper, Salt, Nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Directions

1. Cook the spaghetti
2. Fry the bacon in a non stick pan, add Green onions and tomatos, cook a few minutes
3. Add Vegetable brooth, milk and lemon juice and the cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted.
4 Add Pepper, Salt and Nutmeg as much as you like
5. Pour the Sauce over the Spaghetti and enjoy.
