Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 breasts of chicken (boneless only)
    Salsa of your choice (small jar)
    Orange Juice (one cup)
    Basil tbsp
    Cup of Chopped Onions
    Fresh Parsley ( I use the cold fresh one in a plastic container you get at the fruits section)
    Crushed or stewed tomato's 2 cups
    Garlic Cloves (2)
    The smell is amazing after 2 hours.

Directions

One serving would be per one piece of chicken,
Cooking time 6-8 Hours on the low speed.

1. Add chicken, Salsa, Garlic, Pepper, Onion, Orange Juice(if you like more onions than the salsa has) Basil, Fresh Parsley if you have it, Stewed or Crushed can of Tomato's.
Stir in all the ingredient's and set it and forget it.
I stir once an hour and check the taste.
Low setting on the slow cooker for a more tender chicken.
You could put it on jasmine rice or just have it alone.
You can just use the tomato's and seasoning without the extra onions and salsa. I made it both ways and prefer it this way:)
