Frozen Mango Chunks - Unsweetened, 1 cup
Frozen Sliced Peaches - No Sugar Added, 1 cup
Frozen Dole Pineapple Chunks - 1 cup
8th Continent Original Light Soymilk, 10 oz
"Hodgson Mill" Milled Flaxseed, 1.5 tbsp
Directions
Combine all ingredients into smoothie maker or blender and blend to your favorite consistency. No ice needed for this recipe ~ and you'll need a spoon! =o)
This makes 3+ one-cup servings and is just as great later or the next day. These are thick enough to just store in the fridge!
