Introduction

Awesome with sauteed cabbage, spinach and quinoa - super high protein and tasty! Awesome with sauteed cabbage, spinach and quinoa - super high protein and tasty!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    ½ c oil (canola is preferred, olive works)
    ½ c almonds (raw)
    1/3 c nutritional yeast
    ½ c garbanzo beans
    ½ c soft tofu (or substitute w/ another ½ c of garbanzo beans)
    ½ c water (can add coconut milk as well, but the water is important to thin the sauce)
    ½ c fresh lemon juice
    2 garlic cloves
    ½ t salt
    1 t curry powder

Directions

serving- 4-5 people

Food processor/blender: add almonds and oil, some water as necessary and blend into paste. Slowly add garbanzo beans (it will start to get thick, so add water as necessary) then tofu and the rest of the ingredients.
