Ingredients

    12 Corn Tortillas
1 can cream of celery soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup diced green onion
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1.5 cup shredded mexican cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes with chiles

Directions

Brown ground beef. Mix all ingredients, except corn tortillas and use only 1 cup of the cheese. Lay 6 of the tortillas in bottom of 9x13 dish, they will overlap. Spread half of the mixture evenly atop tortillas. Layer with 5 of the tortillas and then spread the remaining mixture. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top. Use 1 or 2 more tortillas and slice into triangles, using a pizza cutter is easiest. Sprinkle those on top, spritz with just a bit of oil, sprinkle a small amount of chili powder on top and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
