    5 Cups Broccoli Flowerettes
    2 1/2 Cups Cauliflower pieces
    2 cups Tomatoes chopped
    1 med onion chopped fine

    Mix together:
    1 Tbs Cider Vinegar
    1 Tbs Sugar
    1 cup Mayo (light)
    1/2 cup Sour Cream (light)
    Salt & Pepper to taste - refrigerate overnight,
    makes 16 each - 1/2 cup servings
