Introduction

This is a converted recipe from my mother-in-law. I just basically switched beef for ground turkey... didn't miss a thing!! This is a converted recipe from my mother-in-law. I just basically switched beef for ground turkey... didn't miss a thing!!

Ingredients

    11.5 oz of lean ground turkey
    1 medium onion (chopped)
    1 tsp mild curry paste
    2 tbsp of mango chutney
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    1 cup low sodium chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 oz raisins

Directions

Add ground turkey and chopped onion to frying pan and cook until done. Add 1 tbsp of curry powder and stir.

Add mango chutney and curry paste to turkey mixture and stir.

add 1 tbsp to cold broth until combined and add to hot turkey mixture. Stir in raisins and heat until thickened.
