Introduction

This is so quick and easy for those really hot days when you don't want to cook.By using the Lemon balm, it gives a light lemon flavor to the fish and takes like spinach after it is done cooking. Ingredients

    1 Tilapia filet
    1 garlic clove
    1 dash salt
    1 dash ground pepper
    1 lemon slice or 1 bunch fresh whole lemon balm
    1 ice cube

Directions

Place lemon slice or the lemon balm on a foil square. Cut garlic clove in half and rub both sides of filet, place clove on foil. place filet on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place ice cube on top of filet. Fold foil into packet. Grill for approximately 10-15 minutes. Carefully open packet and serve.
Makes 1 serving.

    We made this today and it was quite good. We did add some additional seasoning for a little more flavor. BTW, the recipe does not indicate a grilling temperature, so we used 400 degrees (on a gas grill) and grilled it for 15 minutes. It was moist and tender and cooked all the way through. - 7/4/10
