Ingredients

1 ready-to-bake pie crust
3 large eggs
1 cup 1% milk
1 cup fresh broccoli, steamed
2 roma tomatoes, diced
10 pitted kalamata olives, quartered
.5 cup provolone cheese, shredded
oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, onion flakes to taste
Directions
Unroll pie crust into pie plate and flute edges.
Place steamed broccoli in pie plate.
Beat together eggs, milk, and herbs/spices; pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle diced tomatoes and kalamatas into pie shell.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 mins.
