    * Eggland Large Egg, 1 serving (remove)
    * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Soy Flour, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Tabasco Sauce, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Cod (fish), 2 fillet (remove)


Equal Parts:

Flax Meal
Almond Flour/Meal
Parmasan Cheese

Hot Sauce (optional)

Tilapia fillets or your favorite fish fillets.

I used 2 eggs and 1/4 cup each of the flax/almond/parm and that was enough to coat 7 good sized fillets.

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Mix eggs and optional Hot sauce (I recommend Frank's Hot Sauce). Dip the fish in the eggs, shake off excess, then coat with the flax mixture. Deep fry in Canola or Peanut oil.

Each piece of fish has 2 net carbs.
