    Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 2 oz (remove)
    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 4 oz (remove)
    *Cheesy RAGU light parmesan Alfredo Sauce, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Lasagna - 1 noodle, 1.5 serving (remove)

Directions

Mix ricotta cheese, egg, spices as desired. Cook chicken, mix with sauce. Make layers per usual with cooked whole wheat noodles. bake 350 for 45 - 60 minutes.
