Ingredients

*Bob's Red Mill Polenta, 1 cup (remove)
*Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cup (remove)
Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
Parsnips, 1 parsnip (9" long) (remove)
Ground Turkey, .5 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove)
Directions
Spread polenta over the bottom of an oiled 10x13 casserole pan. Set aside.
Brown meat with onions until onions are slightly soft. Drain and return to pan with the rest of the vegetables. Add enough oil to soften veggies, then add spaghetti sauce and cook until bubbly.
Pour meat mixture over the polenta and serve. If desired, grate CF cheddar-style cheese on top and broil until melted.
