    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2-4 Tbsp olive oil (nutrition info based on 2.)
    2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 pound of lean ground beef
    1/2 cup beef broth or stock
    1/2 cup red bell pepper
    1 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1/8 tsp ground cloves
    1/8 tsp cumin
    4 Tbsp tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste


Saute onions, red pepper and garlic in hot oil until translucent.
Add meat, saute 5 more minutes. Stir in tomatoes, broth and remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Make a bread or biscuit dough, and roll out small balls. Put filling in middle of the dough and close using water to seal.
Bake according to bread or biscuit directions.
