Ingredients

    3 -11 oz. cans white shoepeg corn, drained
    1/2 cup sugar (Splenda may be substituted)
    2 oz. jar chopped pimentos, drained
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 stalks celery, chopped

Directions

Mix ingredients together and chill over night, if possible. Drain and serve.
