Ingredients

    1 can of black beans
(drain, rinse beans. then put beans
back into the can and fill with water)
    1 egg
    1 box dry brownie mix
(I used pillsbury chocolate fudge brownies)
    Pam cooking spray

Directions

drain and rinse black beans. Then put cleaned beans into the can and fill with water. Pour water and beans into your blender, add one egg. Blend until a smooth brown liquid. Pour into dry brownie mix and stir well.

No other ingredients are needed!

Bake brownies according to package directions in pan prepared with Pam cooking spray. For soft and chewy brownies, remove from oven as soon as brownies begin to pull away slightly from the edge of the pan.

Cut into 20 pieces. Best served HOT. I promise. Even my teenagers scarf them up. No one will guess they're so healthy or easy to prepare!
