Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 can (28oz) tomatoes, crushed or diced
    2 cans (14 oz) dark red kidney beans
    1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
    3 tsp chili powder

Directions

1. Brown the meat with the onions and green pepper.

2. Add garlic, tomatoes, beans, tomato paste, and chili powder.

3. Simmer for 20 minutes and enjoy.

Makes about 10 servings. Serving is 1 cup.
