Ingredients

    Ground beef 2 lbs
    Tomato Sauce 2 cups
    Mozzarella Cheese Part Skim 8 oz
    Pepperoni 250 grams
    Red Pepper 1 large chopped
    Green pepper 1 large chopped
    Dried Oregano 1 tbsp. or to taste
    Dried Marjoram 1 1/2 tsp. or to taste
    Dried Basil 1 1/2 tsp. or to taste
    Egg Roll Wrapper 40 3 1/2"-4" square
    Canola Oil for deep frying

Directions

1. Cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain on paper towels.
2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
3. Prepare egg roll wrappers, 6 at a time. Moisten edges of wrapper with water and place about 1 1/2 tbsp of meat mixture in the center.
4. Wrap one edge of wrappers over meat and then the other edge. Crimp ends well to seal. Place on cookie sheet covered with damp paper towels. Continue until all rolls are done.
5. Fry 3-4 pizza rolls at a time at 350* for 5 minutes or until golden. Place on paper towels to drain.

Enjoy!

Can be frozen and re-heated in the oven only @ 350* for about 5 minutes but be sure to thaw first!

Makes 40 single serving pizza rolls.
