Introduction

I use the noodles that you don't have to boil if I am making this before hand or freezing. Ingredients

    Tomato Sauce (32 oz)
    Tomato, whole (32 oz)
    Lasaga noodles
    Fat Free Cottage Cheese (32 oz)
    Frozen Spinach, defrosted (10 oz)
    Fat Free Mozzarella (2 Cups)
    1 Egg
    2 TBS Basil
    1 TBS Oregano
    3 TBS Parsley, devided
    3 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
    Onion, medium

Directions

Combine Tomato Sauce, whole tomatoes, Basil, Oregano, 1 TBS parsley, garlic, and diced onions in a large pot over med-high heat. When heated through chop the whole tomatoes up with either a wooden spoon or potato mashers. Bring sauce to boil and let boil for 3 minutes, do not scortch. Reduce heat to simmer for 1 hr - 4 hrs.

Make noodles according to package. But dry them very well on a towel or paper towels.

In a large bowl combine cottage cheese, egg, and 2 TBS parsely, mix together.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a 9X13 in pan begin layering:
Sauce, noodles,cottage cheese, spinach, sauce, and cheese.

Cover with foil and back 25 min, remove foil and bake 10 min longer. Place under broil for a a min or so if you enjoy a burnt bubbly cheese top!
