Ingredients

    4 - Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Butterflyed
    1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
    1 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tbsp red pepper flakes
    1 Cup Egg Substitute
    1 tbsp garlic powder

Directions

Take 4 chicken breasts and butterfly

Combine parmesan, bread crumbs, galic powder, red pepper flakes in a zip lock bag

Pour egg beater into a bowl and place butterflyed chicken into egg mixture

Then place egg covered chicken breast one at a time into the zip lock bag mixture, close and shake until chicken is completely covered, repeat for all chicken filets. (you can double coat by placing back into egg mixture and then placing into the bag mixture again)

Cover Medium baking dish with the two table spoons extra virgin olive oil or spray with non-stick spray. Place chicken into pan and cook at 395 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
