Swiss Chard, 2.5 cup, chopped
Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breasts cooked and cubed
Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup
Chicken Broth, 3 fl oz
Cheddar Cheese, 3/4 cup, shredded
Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup
*Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 4 oz
Mustard Powder 1 Tbsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 Tbsp
White Pepper 1 Tbsp
Paprika 1 Tbsp
Sea Salt 1 Tbsp
Directions
pre-heat oven to 350
Clean swiss chard thouroughly and chop into 1" pieces
Add 2 tbsps butter and 2 tablespoons (or more - per preference) dried onions into casserole dish and place in oven to melt butter and soften onion (approx. 5 mins or less)
Once butter is melted mix in salt and pepper then addd swiss chard, coating swiss chard with butter mixture
cover and cook for 30 minutes or until swiss chard is tender.
Add cooked chicken, sour cream, spices, chicken broth, pasta and cheese. Mix together and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until Pasta is cooked. Check at 30 minutes to make sure there is enough liquid for the pasta to absorb.
Serves 6 approx.
