Ingredients

    3 Slices of Smithfield Sliced Honey Cured Boneless Ham
    6 Green Olives, Sliced
    1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
    Dash of Pepper
    Dash of Garlic Salt
    1/2Cup Frozen Corn
    1 1/2 Cup Spring Mix Salad (each serving)
    3 Green Bell Pepper Rings

Directions

Take a medium Sized Skillet and add the :
Ham, Olives, Bell Peppers, Pineapple Juice, Pepper and Garlic Salt, & Frozen Corn.

Cook on Medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until Corn is cooked.

Turn off heat and Cut each Slice of Ham Up before placing on top of salad.

Sever accordingly, ( while Hot), each plate gets a Ring of Bell Pepper.

*Not Added into Nutrition* - add Feta Cheese on top for extra flavor-
