    pork tenderloin 8 oz
    pam cooking oil or spray oil
    a clove af garlic
    1/2 cup of water
    1 tbs soy sauce
    1 tbs ketchup
    1 tbs splenda
    2 servings arnold rye rounds
    american cheese
    lettuce
    onion slice
    1tbs balsamic vinegar

Directions

MAKES 2 SERVINGS
CUT PORK INTO THIN SLICES., SPRAY FRING PAN WITH MINIMAL COOKING OIL. FRY PORK TO HALF DONE ADD GARLIC OR GARLIC POWDER. WHEN CLOSE TO DONE ADD WATER SOY SAUCE AND KETCHUP. RAISE HEAT TO BOIL, THEN TO SIMMER. ADD SPLENDA AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR. SIMMER FOR A FEW MINUTES. REMOVE FROM HEAT, PLACE PORK ON ROUND THEN CHEESE LETTUCE AND ONION. SOME PEOPLE LIKE THE REMAINING SAUCE FOR DIPPING. ITS QUICK AND USES ONE PAN.

    Very Good
    Used leftover pork tenderloin, thinly sliced. Heated sauce ingredients then added pork to heat. Excellent and quick to fix sandwich. Always good to find a great way to use leftovers. - 11/6/10
