Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 16 oz. CanLow Sodium Beans (Black or Kidney)
    2 Scallions chopped with green tops
    1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
    1/2 Cup Celery chopped
    1 Haas Avocado Cubed
    Dash of Garlic Powder
    Mrs. Dash Seasoning to taste
    Black Peper fresh ground
    Tobasco Sauce to taste
    Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Directions

Rinse and drain beans. Cube avocado and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent turning dark.
Combine all ingredients and chill . Salad is best if allowed to develop flavors for an hour. Makes 6 servings of about 3/4 cups.
