Introduction

Added onions, corn and extra mashed potatoes to this recipe. Delicious, quick and easy. Ingredients

    ngredients:
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Carrots, raw, .33 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, .33 cup, diced (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Fish Salmon Wild Pacific (raw), 12 oz (remove)
    Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 2.5 cup (1" pieces) (remove)
    Fresh Chives, 3 tbsp chopped (remove)
    hungry jack - mashed potato flakes, 1.66 cup (remove)
    Tarragon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (remove)

Directions

1.Saute onion, carrot and celery in oil. When softened, add minced garlic.
2. Add chicken broth, water, salmon, and cauliflower, corn, and chives to pan and bring to gentle simmer. Simmer until salmon is just cooked. Remove salmon.
3. Add potato flakes, tarragon, mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Flake salmon into bite sized pieces with fork and return to pan. Bring back up to temp and serve.

Makes 6 servings aprox. 1.5 cups each.
