Introduction

Time to make an assembly line! It looks and tastes breaded, but for the Low Carber, completely safe.

Ingredients

    2 lbs chicken breasts, sliced thin
    1/2 can coconut milk
    4 oz shredded coconut
    1 serving Bakenets, beat the hell out of the bag
    1 tsp turmeric
    powdered garlic, to taste
    cayenne pepper, to taste

Directions

Start with three bowls, one with the coconut milk, one with the shredded coconut and spices and the last with pork rinds.

Heat your oven to 350 and take two cookie sheets and spray with baking spray.

Take each piece of chicken, dip in coconut milk, coconut mix and pork rinds. Bake for 35 minutes (Approximately),

Serve hot with salad.
