    Salmon Cranberry Salad

    2 oz. canned salmon or other favorite seafood
    1/2 C chopped green or red pepper
    2 Tbs chopped green onion
    1/2 C chopped fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbs dried cranberries (or apricots)
    2 C mixed salad greens
    2 Tbs light raspberry walnut vinaigrette


Mix salmon, green pepper, green onion, mushrooms and cranberries. Toss with salad greens. Drizzle with Vinaigrette. Enjoy
