Introduction

modification of Teresa's Broccoli Chicken (which was yum) modification of Teresa's Broccoli Chicken (which was yum)
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    ½ cup light whipped dressing
    1 cup milk
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    2 cups grated cheese
    1 cup bread crumbs (could use croutons -but they are high sodium)
    2 broccoli stalks
    1-2 tsp curry powder
    1 pkg ground beef, browned (~1 lb)

Directions

Pre cook the broccoli.

Place the cooked broccoli and beef in a casserole dish. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and cheese. Pour over chicken.
Then add bread crumbs and last, the cheese.

Bake 350 for 25 minutes.

I hope this serves 8. I'm serving it with brown rice.
