Introduction

This recipe uses no milk, only water for the canned soup. I'm lactose intolerant, so I used minimal dairy (avoiding milk & sour cream). Also, much lower calorie as it contains no beef. Ingredients

1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of green beans (3.5 cups)
    1 cup of shredded cheese
1 32-ounce bag of tater tots
2 7-ounce cans of albacore tuna

Directions

Makes about 4 servings. I just divided the contents of the baking dish into quarters and dished up.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees so it will be hot once you're ready to bake.

Put cream of mushroom soup and tuna in a pot. Use soup can to measure 1 can of water and put that in the pot as well. Heat on stovetop, stirring frequently, until hot.

Pour contents of the pot into a baking dish. Neatly arrange entire bag of tater tots of top of the mixture. Bake until tater tots are hot and browned (about 25-30 minutes)

Pull out of the oven and cover casserole with 1 cup of shredded cheese. Put back into the oven for a couple minutes until cheese is melted.
