Ingredients

    1 small head of cabbage
    15-20 raw baby carrots sliced
    1 package of frozen green beans
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 bunch of celery sliced
    2 cups of chicken broth
    2 cans of diced tomatoes or rotel for spice
    2 cups of V-8

Directions

Add all ingredients in a large pot and cook until vegetables are desired tenderness.
