Ingredients

    1 15oz can of Pumpkin Pie Mix
    1 15oz can of Sweet Potatoes
    1 small onion chopped
    1/2 stick of unsalted butter
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    2 dashes of sea salt

Directions

In pan put 1 can of pumpkin pie mix, 1 can of sweet potatoes mashed up. Add 1 small chopped onion, 1/2 stick of unsalted butter, 1 cup of nonfat milk, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 2 dashes salt. Stir all together until thoroughly mixed and heat over medium heat for approx. 30 minutes. Each serving is 1 cup and serves 8.
