Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    3 oz chicken breast in 1" pieces
    1 small hamsteak
    The following chopped vegetables
    1 leek
    1 carrot
    1 parsnip
    1 cup okra
    1/2 cup celery
    14oz can of diced tomatoes
    1 cup cooked navy beans
    1 cup stock
    3tbsp of lowfat cream cheese
    1/8 tsp of chili powder, curry, thyme, paprika
    Sea salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash to taste

Directions

- Heat olive oil in the bottom of a large saucepan
- Brown the chicken pieces in the oil
- Add the ham and the chopped vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes until veggies are slightly tender
- add the beans, stock, and the canned tomatoes as well as the spices
- Let simmer for about 10 minutes
- Add the cream cheese and allow to melt and mix completely into the stew
- Serve and enjoy!
