Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground turkey
    1 lb lean ground beef
    2 lg. eggs
    1/2 c. or to your desire, sliced bread, chopped or bread crumbs
    2.5 oz. mozzarella cheese

    Mix first 4 ingred. together. Salt and pepper to taste. use half of mixture and place in loaf pan, sprinkle cheese down center, then top with other half of mixture. Mix ketchup and jerk sauce together and spread on top of loaf.
