Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 1 cup
    Cereals ready-to-eat, QUAKER, QUAKER OAT LIFE, plain, 2 cup (1 serving)
    Apples, fresh, 0.50 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb)
    egg white, fresh, 3 large
    Raisins, 0.50 cup, packed
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.50 cup
    Almonds, 24 almond
    Flaxseed ground, BIOKORN, 55 gram(s)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Coffee-mate Sugar Free French Vanilla (powder), 0.5 tbsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients, then add mashed apple and bitten egg whites and stir all. Spread in a pan.(I use a 9x13in. pan for the double recipe). Use cooking paper. Draw with a knife even pieces and then put 2 whole almonds on every piece.Put in preheated oven in 180C. for 30 min. Cut in even pieces and store in a dry box.
