Introduction

I love chicken wings! But the calories and fat in one of those little wings is not worth it. Here's my take on a "Healthified" chicken wing salad. I love chicken wings! But the calories and fat in one of those little wings is not worth it. Here's my take on a "Healthified" chicken wing salad.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3-4 Perdue Chicken Tenderloins
    2 tbsp unsalted butter
    1/4 cup Franks Red Hot cayenne pepper sauce
    2 cups fresh spinach
    10 grape tomatoes
    1/4 cup sliced green or red bell pepper
    1/4 cup sliced carrots
    1 medium strip of celery cut into sticks
    2 tbsp Blue Cheese dressing
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook/grill chicken tenderloins til the pieces are thoroughly cooked. Mix melted butter and Franks Red Hot together and pour over chicken. Arrange spinach, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, celery on a large dinner plate. Put the cooked chicken tenderloins ontop of the salad. Serve with 2 tbsp of Blue Cheese dressing.
Makes 1 dinner serving or 3 appetizer servings
