    Preheat oven to 325 F.

    Set aside casserole dish.

    Cube 3 cups of butternut squash.


    Butternut Squash, 3 cup, cubes (remove)
    *Pineapple, canned, 2 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks
    Brown Sugar, 0.5 cup, packed
    Olive Oil, 0.25 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

    Walnuts, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp


Bake for 45 minutes
