Ingredients

    Green Chili
    Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
    Number of Servings: 8/12 oz.

    Ingredients:
    1/2 Cup Oil
    3 Lbs. Boneless, Skinned Chicken Breast
    6 Fresh Garlic Cloves
    1/2 Cup Flour
    (1) 14 1/2 oz. Can Crushed Tomatoes
    (1) 30 oz. Select Green Chile
    5 Cups Chicken Broth (low sodium)

Directions

Heat oil in pot, add diced chicken and cook, lower heat and add minced garlic, cook 5 minutes, add flour and slightly brown, add tomatoes, green chile and simmer 15 minutes (simmering longer will add more heat). Add 5 cups Chicken broth, cook 30 minutes.
