Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground turkey 93% lean
    1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
    2 egg whites
    2T Heinz ketchup
    1/4 c Parmesan cheese grated
    2T Lipton's onion soup dry mix
    2 T chopped onions (optional)
    2 t deli mustard
    1T chopped fresh parsley
    water or milk to get desired consistency

Directions

Beat egg white. Mix remaining ingredients, saving 1T of ketchup to spread across top of loaf before baking. Bake at 350. Check at 30 minutes but I leave mine in a little longer so it browns on top.
