Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts, halved
    2 tbsp I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Light
    1/2 tbsp rosemary
    1/2 tbsp thyme
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    sprinkle of paprika

Directions

Preheat broiler.

Cut the two chicken breasts into halves, making four servings. Dust lightly with paprika. In a small bowl, melt the light margarine, then add garlic, thyme, and rosemary to taste.

Lightly spray broiler pan with Pam. Place chicken on the broiler, then spoon the buttery mix across each breast.

Bake under high broil (approximately 6 inches from heat) for about 8 minutes per side, until done.
