Introduction

Ingredients

    Pasta, cooked, 8 oz |(penne or rigatoni works well)
    Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup
    *Great Lakes Sun-Dried Tomatoes, 6 serving
    *Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g), 9 gram(s)
    *Bertoli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Cheese - Fresh Mozzarella, 8 oz
    *Cheese - Mozzarella & Provolone - Sargento, 0.25 cup
    *Dried Basil (all values), 3 tsp
    *dried oregano, 2 tsp

Directions

Put on water to boil for pasta

in the meantime, slice up the sun dried tomatoes and mince the garlic
Put olive oil in sauce pan, and add tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper over medium heat.

Once water boils, add the pasta and cook 10-11 min. And add 1 1/2 C of the pasta water to the sauce to thin it out. Then drain pasta and return to the pan. Pour the sauce over the pasta, stir.

Cube the fresh mozzarella
Cube up the fresh mozzarella cheese. Add the fresh cubes of mozarella to the pasta and sauce and stir just to evenly distribute. Top with a sprinkle of the shredded sargento cheese.

This easily serves 6 people- 3/4 C servings.
