Ingredients

    1 can black beans
    2 cans kidney beans
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can corn
    1-3 cans diced tomatoes ( i usually use 3, I like to thin)
    1 lb hamburg, browned,,
    diced onions and green peppers to taste, sauted in 1-2 tbsp
    olive oil to softened
    various spices to taste

Directions

throw in crockpot and cook 6 or so at high. add various spices to taste. I use salt, black pepper, italian spices, red pepper flakes and garlic. makes approx. 12- 1 to 1 1/2 cup servings or bowls. better the next day
