Ingredients

2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup softened smart balance light spread
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Splenda
2 eggs
2 C. Flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/2 tsp each: baking soda, salt, ground cloves
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix Smart Balance, and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Combine dry ingredients and stir in 1/4 of this mixture with blueberries, then set them aside. Add rext of mixture to batter alternately with orange juice. Add vanilla, then stir in blueberries. Grease and flour 10 cup tube pan.
Baie at 350 for 50 minutes.
Frost if you wish, but not necessary
