I've been making this fruit salad for about 11 years now. My daughter loves it. It is her one true guilty pleasure, at 275 calories for a cup, it's understandable why. You could probably use another kind of whipping cream, and I have, but the results were not as good.Submitted by NIKONLADY
I make a batch of this every week and eat it on my oatmeal for breakfast and sometimes as a â€śdessertâ€? with a dollop of non-fat Greek yogurt on top. The recipe makes approx. 9 cups; each cup of fruit salad is about 60 calories. I had Avocado Eggrolls for the first time at a small local restaurant and have been obsessed with replicating them at home ever since. They are very filling and I like to eat them as an entree.
The restaurant served the rolls with a sesame dipping sauce but I like to mix 2 parts soy sauce to 1 part honey instead.
