Ingredients

    1 tbsp oilive oil
    1 lb ground turkey
    3/4 cup coarsely chopped onion
    3/4 cup chopped celery
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp cumin
    1 tsp dried oregano
    4 cups (2 cans) low sodium chicken broth
    1 can (2 cups) great northern beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can (2 cups) black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
    1 can (11 oz) Green Giant White Shoepeg corn
    1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso Chopped Green Chiles
    1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Directions

1. Heat oil in large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add turkey, onion, celery, garlic, cumin and oregano; mix well. Cook 5-6 minutes until turkey is browned and no longer pink, stirring frequently.

2. Add broth, beans, peas, corn and chiles; mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 25-30 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally. Stir in lime juice
