    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)
    *Bib Lettuce, 1 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)
    Carrots, raw, .25 cup, grated (remove)
    Green Beans (snap), .5 cup (remove)
    Cucumber (with peel), 0.25 cup slices (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)

    marinade (subsituate as needed)
    *Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 4 tbsp (remove)

    dressing
    Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp (remove)
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *white vinager, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)


Directions

cook the chicken in the teriaki marinade. I usually bake the chicken until done.
