Introduction

Ingredients

    6 medium corn tortillas
    1 t. extra virgin olive oil
    3 pinches salt

Directions

Stack up tortillas, and cut into 6 wedges (for a total of 36 wedges). Lay out in a single layer on a cookie sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350 degrees until crispy and starting to brown, 10-15 minutes. Makes 3 servings, 12 chips each.

    I thought they turned out great, even tho I over-cooked them! I also had some kosher salt that I used. I'd make them again. I use the corn tortillas for enchiladas and the rest of the shells for chips. - 8/18/08
