Ingredients

3. medium size chicken breast
1/2. Strip of bacon diced
1. tbsp of diced tomatoes
3. tsp of minced garlic
1. tbsp of thyme
3. tbsp of chopped onions
1. tbsp of olive oil
1. tbsp white vineger
6. green olives
2. tbsp of parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Clean chicken breast with warm water and white vineger and Layout breast in a broiling pan.
2. Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, and then stuff them evenly with beacon, tomatoes,garlic,thyme,onions,parmesan cheese. Then fold the breast in half and stick tooth pix trough each end to hold the wrap. Then place in the broiler for about 20-25 minutes, then remove and garnish with olives by sticking on the end of the tooth pix let cook for about 2 minutes . and then serve.
